Jeb B. Terry, Sr.: President and Founder, Aberdeen Investment Management LLC

Mr. Terry draws upon investment experience in the areas of venture capital, leveraged buy outs, foreign emerging markets and public stock markets. He has been an active investor in microcap medical and biotech companies for over 20 years.

Mr. Terry has worked with a top 20 commercial bank, ultra-high net worth family offices and a bulge bracket investment bank.  He has been a principal in venture capital, private equity and a founder and owner of a hedge fund focused on dynamic hedging of concentrated public holdings for ultra-high net worth families.

Mr. Terry has an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. 

Russell L. Jennings: Vice President, CFO

Mr. Jennings has over 25 years of corporate financial experience with technology, investment advisory and start-up companies.  Mr. Jennings graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting.  Mr. Jennings has served as CFO of Aberdeen since 2007.
