Echo Boom is a tailwind for housing, autos and all manner to digital stuff – There are more people between ages of 20 and 24 than ever before.

JPMorgan just published a report highlighting the demographic strength of the Echo Boom – the children and grandchildren of the Boomers.  They point out we are in a rare period of rising adults and rising births.  This is helping fuel growth in housing and durable goods and, I submit – much of the growth in demand for digital, wireless stuff – i.e. smartphones and tablets.  Once people get over the election and the political theatre regarding the fiscal cliff we have a chance for better growth than is generally recognized.  Jeb Terry, Sr. September 25, 2012
